Arrived within the window and got the truck packed as full as possible in under 2 hours. I was surprised how much they got in the truck. And it was loaded well. After a 300 mile drive, everything arrived in the same condition it was loaded. Nothing shifted in the truck. Could not be happier with the crew. Everyone was pleasant, professional and incredibly efficient.

This was our first time hiring a moving company. Even though they were a little late, they called to let me know and kept me up to date. The three gentlemen worked hard despite the weather, and completed the job in the exact amount of time we reserved. They were very friendly and attentive, and got right to work. In a few cases the furniture wrapping didn't quite cover the corners of pieces. Some of the boxes were loaded sideways, which we didn't expect. However, as far as we can tell nothing was seriously damaged. I would definitely recommend MD Expert Movers to friends and family.

The 4 guys that help us were amazing! We chose MD Expert Movers according to the positive reviews/ratings. Even though the costs were a little higher per hour than other movers, it was definitely worth every cent. We lived on the 6th floor of our apartment complex. So everything had to FIRST be transported on a dolly/cart down 4 long hallways either to be loaded on our personal vehicle parked on the 6th floor, or onto the elevator and THEN be taken down to the ground level and loaded onto the moving truck parked outside our building. (To say the design of our apartment complex was not well thought out is an understatement.) My husband moved as much as he could to the tail of the truck the night before so that the movers could focus on loading and arranging the furniture and boxes according to proper size/weight distribution. They (as well as my husband) worked non-stop for 5 hours . The 4 movers were courteous and professional in every way and not once complained about the distance they had to transport everything to get it to the truck. They also took great care to wrap and protect any pieces we had not done ahead of time. Our move over 600 miles and not one piece was damaged during transit. The only regret I have is I did not get the gentlemen's names to include in my feedback. Thank you! Diana and Brian

We hired two helpers and they were on time, very nice and professional. They brought packing take and paper and used ther blackets that i provided to wrap all my wood furniture. They were able to get the container loaded and tied down within the two hours. I would definitely use them again

4) When a job is rejected by a mover it should be automatically offered to the next closest mover. On the dashboard, we want to see the rejected notice as well as the waiting for approval of, so we know which company the job is with currently. ==> We have fixed this issue. This does not appear to be fixed. We are not able to see both notifications (2 lines) on the Dashboard simultaneously. Also there seems to be arbitrary ID assigned to the movers - we tested a job where Mover16 rejected a job and it should transfer to Mover 17, but in the pop up text it said Mover35. This is confusing. Also, screenshot below reflects that Mover 17 rejected the job - that is not the case. Rejected by 16, waiting for approval of 17.

I had four movers for four hours to move a two bedroom house into a storage unit. They were very prompt, worked like crazy, wrapped everything well and didn't damage the walls or furniture. Highly recommend! Will use them again to move my stuff from storage.

Ron and his assistant came on time and worked for an extra 35 minutes without a break. They worked their magic in arranging all our furniture into a 16/foot POD.. They were Outstanding. We moved many times during my 21 years in the Navy and this packing job equalled the best we saw. We were so pleased we requested the same people for our next packing job this week.
